PHOTOS: An overnight single-family house fire in Saddle Brook displaced its two residents, killed seven cats and left another missing, while sending a firefighters to the hospital with chest pains.
The Midland Avenue blaze began around 12:45 a.m. on the first floor and shot up through the second floor and attic, Fire Cheif Doug Habermann said.
Elmwood Park, Fair Lawn and Garfield firefighters assisted.
