ONLY ON CVP: A Harrington Park paralegal for a New York City law firm remained free without bail after being indicted on four counts of child pornography possession.
Anthony Zito, a 33-year-old paralegal in the billing department of Leahey & Johnson, was “using the Internet to acquire and transmit images and/or video files depicting child pornography,” Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said following Zito’s arrest by members of hs Computer Crimes Unit in May 2013.
These included “images and/or videos of pre-pubescent children engaged in sexual acts,” he said.
