YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: Port Authority police said they found an unlicensed driver carrying a stun gun after they stopped his car in the George Washington Bridge HOV lane at Lemoine Avenue in Fort Lee.
Pedro Reynoso was by himself when Officer Scott Lehr pulled over his silver Volvo with Pennsylvania license plates and no passengers around 8 a.m. yesterday, the authority’s Joseph Pentangelo said this morning
Reynoso gave Lehr a Pennsylvania registration and insurance card, along with a bogus international driver’s license, he said.
The car was towed and Reynoso arrested on weapons and false documents possession charges, while being given summonses for being unlicensed and failing to observe the HOV lane, Pentangelo said.
