ANOTHER CVP SCOOP: A construction company owner from Upper Saddle River was arrested and charged yesterday with sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl during a sleepover at his home more than six years ago.
Detectives from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Special Victims Unit and Upper Saddle River police arrested 50-year-old Louis Tantillo yesterday, after the girl told a counselor at school who alerted state welfare workers, CLIFFVIEW PILOT has learned.
Tantillo posted the full $250,000 bail and was released from the Bergen County Jail, records show.
He is charged with aggravated sexual assault and child endangerment.
