ONLY ON CVP: A 24-year-old Demarest man was indicted by a grand jury in Hackensack yesterday on charges of breaking into his family’s former home in Woodcliff Lake — his second indictment in three months — in order to use heroin.

Keith J. Dooly was on probation when he was charged with breaking and entering in connection with the Sept. 4 incident, records show.

A month before, a grand jury indicted him on charges of pretending to be his brother while driving on the suspended list, as well as for possession of Alprazolam and buphrenorphine.

Authorities said Dooly gave his brother’s identification to both Haworth and Palisades Interstate Parkway police on Nov. 11, 2013 while pretending to be him.

He remained held on $50,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail this morning after being arrested in October on the probation violation.
