BEYOND BERGEN: A 23-year-old Newark woman believed to have a pre-existing condition died on a flight from London that landed last night at Newark Airport, Port Authority officials confirmed this morning.
The woman, who was traveling alone, “was found unconscious and pronounced dead on the plane at 8:30 p.m. while [United Airlines Flight 115] was in flight,” the authority’s Joseph Pentangelo told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.
It arrived just after 9:50 p.m. and her remains were taken to the state Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy, he said.
