YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: An Englewood man posted $50,000 bail and was released from the Bergen County Jail yesterday following his overnight arrest this weekend on charges of choking and confining a woman in his apartment.
Alexander Rallo, 27, is charged with domestic violence aggravated assault and criminal restraint, police said.
The woman declined medical attention after neighbors who witnessed part of the incident at an apartment complex on the city’s south side summoned police at 1:15 a.m. Saturday, Detective Capt. Timothy Torell said.
