YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: Elmwood Park police said they caught one man carrying 10 bags of heroin as he got off a bus and another with 70 bags in a Dunkin Donuts parking lot yesterday.
Officers arrested 21-year-old Ryan Wells of Rochelle Park at the corner of Broadway and Boulevard after a tipster told them that he was acting suspiciously, Police Chief Michael Foligno said this morning.
They later took Alexander Wagner, also 21, of Nanuet into custody after finding him under the influence while carrying 70 bags of heroin and paraphernalia in the parking lot of the eastbound Route 46 Dunkin Donuts.
Later in the evening, they made a third out-of-towner drug arrest after Foligno said they found 46-year-old Thomas Lynch of Paramus in the parking lot of the Broadway KMart with a bag of crack and paraphernalia in his car.
