HOW YOU CAN HELP: Authorities are hoping the public can help find a hit-and-run driver who killed a so-far unidentified man in Hasbrouck Heights.
Investigators believe the car involved was a four-door Honda Accord, from 2008 through 2012.
The victim was struck between 2:15 and 3 a.m. Saturday, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said today.
Hasbrouck Heights police, responding to several 911 calls, found his body in the eastbound lane of Williams Avenue near Louis Street, the prosecutor said.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Anyone with information that can help solve the case is asked to call the BCPO’s Fatal Accident Investigation Unit (201-226-5500) or the Hasbrouck Heights PD (201-288-1000).
