ONLY ON THE PILOT: A 71-year-old former Upper Saddle River man was indicted this week on charges of sexually abusing a 9-year-old girl.
Patrick Henry Gilberts, who is married, has been held on $250,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail since being extradited last December from Gainesville, Fla., where he’d moved.

The seven-count indicdtment returned by a grand jury in Hackensack accuses Gilberts of sexually assaulting the now-13-year-old girl in a variety of ways, including sodomy and fellatio.
The girl went to authorities last winter, and an arrest warrant was drawn up, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said.
