YOU SAW IT HERE FIRST: A driver and his passenger got out safely tonight after their BMW got wedged below a tractor-trailer just off Route 4 in Paramus.
The crash occurred about 7:40 p.m. in the parking lot of the Plaza 35 Shopping Center on westbound Route 4 between Spring Valley Road and Farview Avenue.
Neither firefighters nor EMS workers were needed.
A heavy-duty wrecker was needed to separate the tractor-trailer — which had been carrying food to a Plaza 35 Shopping Center restaurant — from the car.
